Aum Tashi Pem has more than 19 years work experience in development work in Bhutan with focus on local government, decentralization, and civil society engagement. Currently, she is the Country Director of HELVETAS. Aum Tashi holds a Masters Degree in Policy, Management and Government from the University of York, United Kingdom.
