Dr Kinlay Dorjee is an Agriculture and Development Economist; he holds a PhD in Agriculture Economics from Swizterland. He has worked as the Country Representative of WWF and the Honorary Executive Director of the Royal Society of Protection of Nature, the Deputy Secretary for PPD in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests. He served at the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, and in 2014, Dr Kinlay was appointed as the Country Representative of UNFAO in Kyrgyzstan.
