Ngawang Gyeltshen is the founder of Bhutan Food, an agriculture ecosystem development startup with the vision to achieve food sovereignty for Bhutan through organic agriculture. As a stakeholder capitalist, he fervently believes in developing businesses that value creating positive developments in the society at large. He also serves as a trustee at the Loden Foundation. 

In 2022, Ngawang was recognised by the European Commission as an European Development Days (EDD) Young Leader and invited to speak at the EDD 2022 High Level Panel on ‘Digital Technologies for Inclusive, Climate Responsive Development’.  Ngawang is a proud One Young World Peace Ambassador.
